The spiral
transformation
The symbol of the spiral often represents the journey of self-discovery, where one continuously evolves and grows,
spiraling towards a deeper understanding of
oneself and the world.

Life is a spiral, it is not a straight line. We are continually in a process of growth & development that involves ups & downs
We may circle back to issues we feel we have already dealt with, this is because we are continually growing and learning from each experience.

“Your vision becomes clear when you look inside your heart.
Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens.” ― Carl Jung
